I have been hand dying wool yarn for our new rug. The rug will measure about 12×15 and will take 90lbs of wool, the following image are some of the colors used. I will post new images as the rug takes shape.

We have one rug left on a rough brick floor in the sun room. I found my grandson cioorlng it with red marker, and the last of my strained attachment to floor coverings keeled over and passed to another world. I seat my two grandchildren in wooden dining chairs while the adults enjoy upholstered seating, and when the granddaughter questioned me about the obvious inequality, I only smiled and patted her hand and told her she would understand one day.
